We are known for our untreated, ultra-finely milled products made of cereals, fruits and vegetables.

We will present our products with a whole range of uses at the FI Europe 2011: our various types of fruit seed flour with high fibre content, gluten-free flour, roasted cereal flours and fruit and vegetable powders.

We recommend our micronised fruit powders made of cranberries and strawberries rich in antioxidants as a natural thickening agent for your cold light cream fillings and ice-cream. They give products an intense colour and a truly fruity taste. Depending on the dosage of our roasted chicory powder, the pleasant taste of coffee, latte macchiato, cappuccino or caramel can be obtained.

With its roasted flours, the innovative company A+S BioTec, has developed perfect alternatives to malt flour and cocoa. The roasted wheat flour MR 100 is even suitable as a malt flour substitute for light-coloured baked goods. Our rye flour MR 100 can be used to partially replace cocoa in dough containing cocoa.

To enrich your goods with fibre, we recommend our flours made of raspberry seeds or grape seeds, which have an intense taste and colour and the added benefit of being antioxidants.
