If you wish to subscribe to the newsletter offered on our website, we need your e-mail-address and maybe other information enabling us to verify that you are the owner of the submitted e-mail-address and that you agree to receive the newsletter.  We will not collect further data. This data is exclusively used for the dispatch of the requested information and will not be shared with third parties.

You can withdraw your consent to the storage of your data, your e-mail-address or their use for the mailing  of the newsletters at any time, for example by clicking the “unsubscribe”-link in the newsletter.

Registration on this website

You can register on our website to use further functions. The data recorded for this purpose will exclusively be used for the offer or service you have registered for.

In case of important changes regarding the offer range or technical amendments, we use the e-mail-address indicated in the scope of the registration to inform you accordingly.

Data transfer in case of contract conclusion for online-shops, dealers and dispatch of goods

We communicate personal data to third parties only if this should become necessary in the scope of the contract execution; for example to the company entrusted with the delivery of goods or the financial institute entrusted with the payment process. A further transmission of data is excluded, unless you have explicitly consented to its disclosure. The same goes for a transmission of your data to third parties e.g. for promotional purposes.

Processing of data (Customers and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only as far as they are necessary for the establishing, content-related design or modification of our legal relationship  (inventory data). Personal data in the context of the use of our Internet website (usage data) is only collected, processed and used, if this enables the user to take advantage of our service or to handle billing or invoicing procedures.
